    Raf will gently guide you into calming Yin postures, creating space for stillness as the body begins to soften and open. As you settle into each shape, Reiki Master Samantha Samway will offer hands-on Reiki, while soothing soundscapes unfold—together creating a harmonious, nurturing space for deep healing and restoration.
