LEVEL GUIDE: Mild + beginner friendly
Gentle classes focus on nurturing and mindful movement, emphasising low-impact and safe practices to empower individuals towards better health and well-being.
These classes include breath work (Pranayama), stabilisation techniques, and a therapeutic approach to body movement and mental relaxation.
The Gentle class is conducted at room temperature, making it ideal for prenatal and postnatal yoginis, beginners, and seniors.
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation whilst lying down, also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. The practice draws our attention inwards, and we learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium (homeostasis) – the breath balances and becomes quiet, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and we fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness.

Mat Pilates is as a powerful way to ignite your core, but it also targets the entire body. Each exercise calls on multiple muscles, ensuring you’ll target and tone muscles from head to toe with each Pilates session.
Each exercise offers a modified option to more challenging ones; meaning it caters to all levels of experience and ability.
