Join us for an afternoon dedicated to slowing down, softening, and reconnecting with yourself in the company of other women.

The Nourished Woman Circle is a deeply supportive and restorative gathering designed to nourish the body, calm the nervous system, and create space for reflection, connection, and inner listening.

Our time together will begin with gentle somatic movement practices to release tension, awaken the body, and steady the mind. We’ll then move into heart-opening yin shapes, supported with nurturing hands-on assists, allowing the body to soften and settle into deep rest.

From this grounded space, you’ll be guided through meditation, intention setting, and astrological insights connected to the current lunar cycle — offering an opportunity to reflect on where you are, what you’re moving through, and what you’re ready to invite in.

We’ll close with a sharing circle centred around deep listening, authentic connection, and being witnessed without judgment. There is no pressure to share — simply an invitation to arrive as you are.

This circle is an opportunity to pause from the demands of daily life and reconnect with the wisdom of the body, the heart, and the support of community.
