Yoga entered Pippa’s life a decade ago and marked such a profound turning point that she describes her life in two chapters: Before Yoga and After Yoga.
From that moment, she has dedicated herself to practising and sharing yoga, guiding others along a path of self-discovery, healing and ultimately, towards emotional freedom. Her greatest joy is witnessing the profound shifts that yoga can spark—changes in body, mind and spirit that ripple into every part of life.
“Yoga is such a gift that I couldn’t imagine doing anything else with my time on this Earth. It is my greatest honour and privilege to share it’s transformative power.”
Pippa draws on training in Adult and Children’s Yoga Therapy, mental health support and a range of yoga styles. Her teaching blends depth, warmth and a genuine wish to meet students where they are—creating a space where everyone feels safe, supported and encouraged to explore their own practice.
She is also mum to a vibrant four-year-old who keeps her grounded, playful and curious.
Whether you’re seeking movement or rest, spiritual growth or gentle healing, Pippa offers practices to support and nourish your body, mind and heart.
