What's included

One month, two studios

Your month starts the day you buy. Giving it as a Christmas present? A gift starts when it's activated, any time up to 31 January. Use it however suits you: stretch out with us in the morning and lift with Soul after work, or the other way round. There's no wrong way to do it.

At Alma

Unlimited classes for a month

Yoga, stretch and Pilates, as often as you like. Come every day if you want to. Come twice and see how you feel.

Bring your own mat and comfortable clothes. Props are here if you want them.

At Soul

Unlimited group classes for a month

Coached group classes on Soul's training floor, with racks, rings and dumbbells and people who'll show you how to use them.

Book your classes with Soul once you've bought. We'll pass your details to them the same day.

First 25 people

A free infrared sauna session at Soul's Military Road location.

Soul Mosman

Soul is the personal training studio in our building at 44a Avenue Road. Shane Cross and his coaches run one-on-one training and group classes, and they've built the kind of gym you don't feel new in for long.

Why we teamed up

Plenty of you already do both. You lift a couple of days a week and come to us to undo it, or you've been told strength work would help your practice and never known where to start.

Strength builds the muscle that holds you steady in a balance. Yoga gives that muscle the range, and the breath, to use it. A month of each is a good way to find out how they fit together for you, and with both studios in one building there's no excuse about the drive.
