With over 15 years’ experience teaching yoga and a background in sports coaching, Marty brings warmth, clarity, and real-world experience to his teaching. He began practicing yoga as part of his rehabilitation from a sports injury, and his passion for the practice grew from there.
Marty’s classes are strong, thoughtful, and engaging, offering challenge with a playful edge. He creates a welcoming and supportive environment where students feel encouraged to explore their practice safely and at their own pace.
