This event is for you if you are experiencing symptoms of perimenopause/menopause, or are curious. This event will cover: perimenopause, menopause, hormones and their role, diet, lifestyle, sleep, herbal support and stress reduction.

You will come away with practical tips on regulating your nervous system and knowledge of female hormones, their role in our body and the importance of supporting yourself through the perimenopause journey into menopause. We will peer through the looking glass of naturopathy and yoga therapy, what these modalities are, and more importantly how they can help you.

Dani will take you through breathwork, meditation & movement and Peta will share her knowledge on lifestyle, nutrition and herbal support.
