A Journey Through the Chakras ~ A Seven Step Pathway to Awakening

Chakras store the energy of thoughts, feelings, memories, experiences, and actions. They influence and direct our present and future mindset, behaviour, emotional health and actions. 

In this workshop, Stephanie will guide you through a two hour journey into your chakra system.

Through guided mediation, breathwork (Pranayama), yoga postures and chakra-specific exercises, you’ll learn: 

  • How to recognise imbalances, blockages and behavioural patterns, as well as how your chakras can assist in achieving balance, healing, and bringing clarity into your life.

  • Better understanding as to why you make the decisions that you do, and learn to understand how working with the chakras & your energy body can help us to heal, and empower ourselves.

  • Explore techniques for restoring balance, and foster a deeper connection to your subtle energy body. This workshop will help you to understand an overview of the seven primary chakras, including their locations, associated qualities, colors, and corresponding emotions. 

  • Discover a greater sense of well-being, emotional stability and spiritual connection


Stephanie has been offering workshops on the Chakra system for several years, and brings a wealth of knowledge, wisdom and deeper understanding of traditional Yoga to each workshop. 

She has a background in Psychology, a deep love of the Earth, has been teaching for 16 years & is passionate about Yoga as a tool for transformation.
