Dr. Anna Young Ferris is a Vedic meditation teacher on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, delighted to return to Alma Yoga to share the effortless practice of Vedic meditation. She first learnt to meditate at 18, beginning a lifelong spiritual enquiry that has deepened through decades of study with Vedic masters and her daily sadhana. A UN awarded sustainability leader with a PhD, Anna blends ancient Vedic wisdom with practical tools for modern living, guiding students to reconnect with their heart’s wisdom and inner radiance, and to experience greater calm, clarity, and connection in everyday life.
