In his personal practice, Jamie tries to balance an intention-driven practice with a real-time

understanding of what the body needs and wants on that day. He believes inside and outside of

Yoga, that we’re all just trying to find that happy medium; the balance which brings us

contentment and fulfilment.

In his classes, Jamie aims to move towards this via strong and thoughtful flows, synchronised

breath and ultimately the harmony between effort and ease. He invites us to understand the

mechanisms and intention behind each pose, so that we can harvest the most out of each

posture regardless of the physical limitations we may have.

Jamie is a creative and passionate individual who discovered Yoga 4 years ago whilst living in

Berlin. It quickly and positively influenced his day-to-day and he likes to consider Yoga a vessel to better understand our mental and physical selves.
